Orthotics are designed to achieve balance between the left and right side of your body. The more balance you have the better the weight distribution leading to less strain on your muscles and joints. Pain occurs when something is not working properly or working too much. A biomechanical assessment and the provision of bespoke orthotics can prevent future problems from occurring.
Orthotics are manufactured out of a number of different materials and are designed to be altered to fit most footwear. The orthotics are easily altered and can be changed from one shoe to another.
