Footprints Healthcare now has the ability to analyse and correct your cycling posture with video analysis together with the American Bicycle Fitting System (BFS). Developed by Paul Swift and Vint Schoenfeldt BFS will help fit the bicycle to the cyclist in their natural position. Wedges are fitted between the cleat and shoe to balance neutral foot-tilt, which can help reduce overuse injuries, improve push and power enable better weight transfer through each pedal.
